Design Notes
MiniSOG is more phototoxic and it also has green-colored fluorescence for easy observation.

The promoter was extracted and amplified from Agrobacterium tumefaciens str.C58 genome by PCR, separated from other nucleic acids by agarose gel electrophoresis. We constructed miniSOG fragments using gene synthesis services and overlap extension PCR. The terminator was obtained from iGEM provided plates. All of them ligated into a plasmid vector by Gibson assembly.
